- Commitment to quality in all we do - we use only high quality cloth and suppliers and so if any product doesn't hit these high expectations we will expect you to return it for a refund or exchange.
- Sarcasm and wit with all purchases made - We take a laid back approach to customer service and humour is a key part of why we love this business.
- Free delivery on any product purchased both online and in store
